When you first open your program, you will be prompted for a password and username. For your first entry use: p=first & u=entry. You can then go to preferences to change your password. By clicking on preferences, you will be prompted for a second password. leave this empty and click enter to proceed. A preferences password can be added inside the preferences module as you wish to close certain information from other users such as payment and other staff information.

From the main menu go to "Preferences" , in the "Staff" window click on the first staff member. In the detail information of the staff you can edit the password. You can give a password to every member of your staff who works with DiveShopManager. Enter a new staff member in "Preferences" by clicking the "Staff" bar.

Please be careful though not to delete all staff and passwords, that would lock yourself out!!

Be careful also with the password for the "Preferences" module. If you set a password to "Preferences"; you will be the only one knowing it!! We reccomend you write it down and keep it on a safe place.

At the first time you open DiveShopManager leave the field empty and click "OK".
You can now add your personal password to the "Preferences" section.

CAUTION!! You will be the only person knowing this password. ProData does not take responsibillty if you lock yourself out of preferences. In the unlikly event that this happens please contact our technical support.

RECCOMODATION: Write the password down and save it on a safe place away from the computer you run the software on.
