Unpack the .zip file and safe the content folder to the place where you store your programs. Open the Folder and click DSM_setup.exe. Follow the steps of the installer that will guide you through the installation process.

After installing the software to your computer, click on the diving flag icon on your desktop. Enter User name: first and password: entry.
This is set by default and can be changed ad the "first staff" page in "Preferences".

There is no password set by default, just click "ok". A password can be set inside the preferences module at the top right side of the page. Beware though not to loose this password. You might lock yourself out here.

Try the following:

1. Un-install DSM
2. Re-install DSM (if possible on drive C)
3. Try to start again. (it might have been a hick-up in the installation)

First of all; No Panic.

Did you make a backup?
If so, just re-install the software and exchange the 11 files with the ending .DGR with your files from the backup folder.
Everything should be working fine.

Did you already re-install the program?
If so and the company and/or computer number varies from the numbers below send me the set of numbers you see after the installation on your menu screen.
After re-installing proceed as above and exchange the 11 files with the ending .DGR with your backup files. Simply overwrite the files.

No problem. Just copy the 11 files ending with .DGR from the windows installation folder (by default - C:\Program Files\DiveShopManager) into your mac installation folder - overwriting the existing files.
