As many as you like. If you have your own live a board boat running you would preferably enter your first boat on the first spot and your partners boat(s) after on.

From the main menu click on " Live a Board " and than on " New Operator "
Follow the steps in the dialog field. If you enter your own boat, fill in your own information please.

We have added a little database here as well, where you can enter the people you usually have to deal with in this company. You can add notes about agreements to each staff.
The notes will be signed by the system with the name of the person who is logged in at the time the note is written. The date of the entry is also automatically listed.

Add notes over your general buisness agreement with this company here.
e.g. 30% per pax
140'000 full charter
max. 16 people

Note: You will have more space for boat discriptions in the boat section

Go to " Live a Board " from the main menu and select the operator you want to add a boat to. ( Assuming you have entered an operator already, otherwise please refer to the previous steps ) Now click on the bar " Enter New Boat " and type the boat's name in the dialog box. Click " OK "

Go to " Live a Board " from the main menu and select the operator from the list. Now select the boat from the list.
Click on the bar " Enter Cabins / Places " Type the cabin type, like " Master Cabin " into the dialog box and click " OK "
Type the number of cabins your boat has in the above category into the dialog box.
Type the number of beds in these cabins into the dialog box.
Repeat the above steps for all cabin classes. If you make a mistake, click the bin and start over.

From the main menu go to " Live a Board " and select the operator and the boat you want to add a new schedule.
Click on the " Enter New Schedule " bar and follow the steps prompted in the dialog box.
